Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level Structural Designer, you'll assist with the creation and analysis of structural systems for building and infrastructure projects. Under the guidance of senior professionals, you'll help ensure designs meet all relevant codes and performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical design skills and grow within a well-established technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed structural drawings and plans using CAD software.
Conduct basic structural analysis to evaluate the strength and stability of components.
Support the selection of construction materials based on technical requirements.
Collaborate with project teams, including architects and engineers, to coordinate structural elements.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, specifications, and calculations.
Update records and assist with general administrative project support as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, SDS2, AutoCAD, or Revit.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Exposure to structural design through coursework or internships is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
