Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee key HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor regulations. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in payroll management, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee performance management initiatives to support employee growth and organizational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable operations with precision and attention to detail.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, ensuring financial alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Utilize accounting software systems, including Great Plains and Microsoft Excel, for efficient financial management.
• Create and maintain complex Excel formulas to streamline reporting and analysis.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Advanced skills in accounting software systems such as Great Plains and computerized accounting tools.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow analysis.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple HR and financial tasks.
