Key Responsibilities:

Process RFQs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, performing cost analyses, and maintaining pricing records.

Manage sales orders, verify purchase agreements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain order status updates.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, invoices, and product concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and sales to maintain product documentation and pricing.

Prepare monthly KPIs, drive process improvements, and assist in developing pricing catalogs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in a global customer service role.

Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the Aerospace Industry is required.

Knowledge of ERP systems and adaptability to change.
