We are looking for a Full Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our outstanding team in Hazel Crest, IL.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant that is a Team Player, Passionate, Goal Oriented and willing to do what it takes to help our patients!

We are a Private Pain Management Office that specializes in treating Adult patients.

This position requires you to be able to work between our 3 locations in Chicago (Midway area), Frankfort and Hazel Crest.

We are looking for Full Time!

We are open: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

We are closed on the Weekends!

We Pay: $105K - $120K per year + Benefits!

Our Requirements are:

Illinois Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Previous experience in Pain Management is preferred but not required.

Recent Graduates are OK!
