Position Objective:
The Associate Market Access Manager (Tender) plays a coordinating role among Business Units, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Policy, and Finance teams, responsible for preparing tender bidding and access plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as main contact for tender operation, liaising internal and external stakeholders to achieve company tender priorities.
• Data driven, leveraging digital systems and analytics on demand and supply forecast to ensure accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies and conduct import inspections to ensure all processes compliant with quality and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate all bidding related processes including contract preparation to ensure compliance, official correspondence with government offices.
• Manage tender delivery logistics and serve as the liaison for government purchases and negotiations across multiple government entities.
• Possess strategic planning capabilities for potential future tenders or projects.
Experience:
• 2-3 years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical or related field is preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of market access and regulatory aspects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Competency in analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies and resource plans.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for informing, influencing, and persuading people both within and outside Taiwan.
• Project management skills.
• Good command of English in writing and presenting.
• Interpersonal effectiveness.
• Ability to initiate and gain cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
• University degree majoring in Pharmacy, Science, or related fields preferred.
