Position Summary:

The Automotive Parts Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing automotive parts orders for delivery or pickup. This role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards for speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick automotive parts from inventory based on order forms and internal system requests.

Safely and securely pack parts for shipment or delivery, ensuring damage-free handling.

Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming parts inventory.

Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers (training provided if necessary).

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Communicate effectively with parts department staff, drivers, and managers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or automotive parts experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
