Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
Assist with the daily inventory.
Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
High school graduate or GED
Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is required
Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
