As an individual, you will audit the production of the Risk team members to help maintain top-tier quality and elite service even outside the loan life cycle. This also further assists UWM in aligning with and meeting our Compliance and Quality company goals.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Review a random sample of each Risk team member’s production
Communicate findings to team members and their leaders
Accurately and efficiently track findings for all Risk team members
Assist Risk Leadership in setting proper expectations for team members in their quality
Respond to internal clients on rebuttals from assigned AFIs
Work closely with Compliance on error feedback
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
2 years experience in Compliance or Compliance Quality Control
Preferred experience in Closing or Post Closing Operations
Strong expertise in Government and Conventional Guidelines
Intermediate experience with Excel
Strong expertise in Government and Conventional Guidelines
Detail-oriented with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
