Customs Analyst

The Customs Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing import/export operations. This position is responsible for gathering daily broker files and ACE data for reporting purposes, conducting data mining for escalations, and investigating findings for accuracy. Responsibilities

Gather daily broker files and ACE data for finance reporting

Investigate duty spikes and data discrepancies

Conduct data mining for escalations and summarize findings

Manage post-entry efforts including duty recovery and documentation

Create periodic reporting and presentations

Coordinate with brokers and facilitate necessary investigations

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field

Customs-related certifications are a plus
