Salary: Base + Commission (OTE $80,000–$150,000/year)

Schedule: Monday–Friday Occasional weekends for trade shows or client meetings

Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company to prospective customers. You'll educate clients on the benefits of metal roofing, provide accurate quotes, and close sales. This role is ideal for a driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering value through durable and energy-efficient roofing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and walk-ins

Conduct on-site assessments and consultations with clients

Present product options, pricing, and financing plans clearly and confidently

Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline using CRM software

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Attend trade shows, community events, and training sessions

Collaborate with our installation and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience (construction or roofing sales preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with door-to-door or field sales

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., JobNimbus)

Self-motivated and able to work independently

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
