Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Systems Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will implement and support IT solutions and infrastructure for our customers. Our office is located in Norcross, GA but this position will be supporting customers located all over greater Atlanta. This position does require the employee to work from the office.

Responsibilities:

Configure systems and infrastructure

Deploy systems and infrastructure

Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and support - interfacing directly with customers

Perform regular systems updates, patches, etc.

Document technical processes and customer environments

Report billable, non-billable time

Obtain and maintain technical certifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience providing technical support (Level 1, Level 2)

Experience supporting endpoint devices, peripherals, switching, WiFi, networking

Experience with Microsoft products (Office, Office 365)

Experience with Servers (Windows Server, server virtualization) a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Must have the ability to travel to local customer sites when needed

Must have the ability to travel out of state when needed

Must be able to come into the Norcross, GA office dailyCompany Description
