Tile Field Superintendent – Starting Salary $75K+

Location: (Office) Mira Loma, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Starting at $75,000+ (DOE)

About the Role:

As a Tile Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing tile installation projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with OSHA safety standards.

You will oversee technicians and installers, coordinate with project teams, and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise tile technicians and installers, creating and managing schedules for tract and multifamily projects

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure proper installation and address any deficiencies

Review project documentation, work orders, and shop drawings to ensure installation accuracy

Communicate with customers, project managers, and purchasing teams to keep projects on track

Hold weekly job site safety meetings and enforce all company safety rules

Oversee equipment maintenance and material deliveries

Maintain project records and ensure payroll accuracy for installation teams

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction (tile/stone preferred)

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management software

OSHA-30 certification or willingness to obtain

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
