Military Parts Distribution Clerk

Job Description

The group that provides service parts to military vehicles is looking to add a Sales Associate to its team on a long-term contract basis. This role works with a lot of legal documentation and requirements, including contracts and legal counsel.

This individual will:

Review purchase orders monthly or as need basis

Enter production and VIP orders. Production orders monthly. VIP orders – as needed

Weekly status meetings: Material management, Alignment touchpoint meeting & GMD_ISV BI WKLY concern status meeting.

Monitor and track shipments through IMS and plants / plant liaison.

Work with CCA Plant Operations / Supply Chain / New Model Availability Coordinator as needed to resolve issues

Update OneDrive with order and tracking information

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred– will take experience as well!

Looking for a min. of 3-5 years of experience.

Familiar with IMS systems

One Drive, using Macros to pull data and info, Access experience
