About the Role
As our Human Resource Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting employee development. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, from recruitment and retention to employee engagement and compliance. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly preferred to better serve and communicate with our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development
Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Coordinate employee recognition programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide HR guidance.
Advocate for employee growth, retention, and career development opportunities.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Certifications (Preferred, but not required): SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish preferred (to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws.
Excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
