What You’ll Do:

· Be the point person for inside contract entries: manage customer accounts, process orders, coordinate with domestic and international suppliers.

· Own the flow of goods: handle import/export documentation, manage deliveries, and oversee logistics operations with third-party vendors and freight forwarders.

· Keep it moving and keep it clean: monitor credit limits, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely payments and invoices through SAP and Excel.

· Triage issues like a pro: oversee rejected material inspections, determine best disposition strategies (resale, insurance, etc.).

· Mentor and support junior staff and contribute to program planning and execution to meet budget goals.

What You Bring:

· Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain support.

· Strong knowledge of INCO terms, customs clearance processes, and multi-modal transportation.

· Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).

· Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. You’re the one people call when things go sideways.
