Job Title: Part-Time On-Site Graphic Designer

Company Overview:

Join our energetic team at a large format print and design studio specializing in personalized event graphics. We take pride in delivering top-tier designs and outstanding customer experiences. We’re currently seeking a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer 20-25 hours a week to join us at our Plainview office location. Candidates must have at least 3 years graphic design work experience to be considered. Must be flexible with hours. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually captivating and impactful designs for various print materials, including posters, banners, signs, logos, and other event graphics.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.

Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet client specifications and uphold brand standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in our fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining excellence.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, addressing client inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.

Maintain organized files and documentation related to design projects and client interactions.

Assist with ancillary administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop concepts from initial ideation to final design execution.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A positive, proactive attitude and passion for design.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with print production processes and an understanding of file preparation for print.
