**Job Title: Company Truck Driver & Owner Operators**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Driver or Owner operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances.. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the safety and integrity of the cargo.

**PAY**

-Company Truck Driver : Starting pay is at 45 cents per mile and will go up based on experience.

- Owner Operator will be paid by percentage ( 80% of each load)

**REQUIREMENTS**

-Must have atleast 2 years of experience

- Must have Class A CDL and valid Medical Card

**Responsibilities:**

- Safely operate tractor-trailers

- Transport goods and materials to designated locations following established routes

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license

- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment

- Knowledge of route driving and efficient navigation skills

- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety protocols

- Ability to operate tractor-trailers

- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
