Sewing Operator

Job Description

An established manufacturing facility in Garland, TX is currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Industrial Sewing Operator with proven experience in high-speed sewing production. In this role you will operate industrial sewing machines such as lockstitch, overlock/serger, cover stitch, post bed, cylinder bed, or embroidery machines, follow production specifications and patterns with precision, perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines, and maintain quality standards with attention to detail. This is a hands-on role for skilled individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Prior experience with industrial sewing machines is required

Background in cut-and-sew factories, alteration shops, or home-based sewing is strongly encouraged

Experience in headwear, upholstery, tactical gear, or sports apparel is highly desirable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
