Job Description
We are seeking a Property Management Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
Perform a preliminary review of all applications and lease renewals
Review and prepare billing statements monthly
Organize and screen board packages
Light filing - digital and paper
Qualifications:
Familiarity with residential and commercial and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3+ years working in real estate
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated
Experience with Office365 Suite
Bi-lingual Spanish preferredCompany Description
