Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented work culture. Your role will include managing staff, providing coaching and professional development, driving sales, and ensuring profitability, all while maintaining operational excellence. You will also analyze Profit and Loss Statements, develop actionable plans to address areas of improvement, and consistently embody the company’s Mission Statement and Core Values in daily operations.

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, full-service dining establishment
