Job Description
Job Duties include:
Accurately processing client work orders
Working with account managers to verify project details and deliver precise and timely work orders to our production departments
Efficiently entering job details into system; identifying and correcting any errors or omissions
Managing workflow to meet or exceed department averages
Qualifications:
Must be quality-oriented with an intense level of attention to detail
Excellent computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
3+ years of experience in customer service or sales environment
Bachelor's or Associate's Business degree preferred
Must have excellent attendance and be willing to learn all aspects of job
Ability to occasionally work from a standing position, climb stairs, bend and lift
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required
