Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Picker

Location: Kings Mountain, NC

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00/hour (based on experience and shift)

Bonuses: $1hr when you become a trainer, $2hr for working overtime on weekends, $250 weekly bonus for attendance

Job Description:

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Order Pickers to join our team! As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists

Use RF scanners or handheld devices to track inventory and order completion

Label, wrap, and prepare products for shipping

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be dependable with a strong work ethicCompany Description
