Job Description
We are seeking a second Call Center Supervisor to join our team! Our team is rapidly growing, and it is too big for just one supervisor. You will be responsible for assisting the current supervisor by helping the team, providing service information, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints from the team
Provide information about our services
Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
Document and update team records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
