We are seeking a Property Manager for a portion of our affordable, scattered-site portfolio. The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, excellent computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment and/or independently. Other important considerations include the ability to multi-task; quickly make sound decisions; demonstrate logical thought and good business sense; and display strong interpersonal skills.

The Property Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

Conduct home inspections to establish and maintain a positive collaborative relationship with residents, while inspecting the unit for housekeeping issues or health and safety risks

Ensure lease compliance pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies and CPO policy

Maintain accurate and timely records, reports and files

Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with key community groups

Provide all-hands-on-deck support to help the team complete required tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

GED or High School Diploma

Valid driver’s license and insurance

Reliable personal vehicle

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic math skills

Customer service

Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:
