CNC Operator - Metal Fabrication

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines for Wire EDM, drilling, and grinding

Interpret mechanical drawings and follow work orders

Handle all aspects of fabrication, quality control, and testing

Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to inspect parts

Load materials and monitor machine operations

Make adjustments as needed to ensure part quality

Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment

Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specifications

Qualifications:

Must have Wire EDM and grinding experience

Experience in metal fabrication

Skilled in using precision measuring tools

Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprintsCompany Description
