Position: CAD Drafter

Location: Multiple locations – remote possible

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate shop drawings and Logikal drawings for glazing systems, ensuring they meet all project specifications and industry standards.

Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Interpret architectural drawings and designs to produce detailed, clear, and precise CAD models.

Utilize Logikal software to create system-specific drawings that align with project requirements.

Revise drawings and designs based on feedback to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure that all drafting work adheres to company standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CAD Drafter in the glass and glazing industry or a related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal, and other relevant CAD software.

Strong understanding of shop drawings, Logikal systems, and glazing details.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Excellent communication skills with a strong team-oriented attitude.

Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in CAD design or related field is a plus.
