Schedule: Friday-Tuesday 0730-1530

Previous customer service experience utilizing phones, emails, and software a plus.

Responsibilities:

Prepare reports as needed by managers and supervisors.

Ensure accountability and oversee scheduling systems.

Utilize communication tools to relay schedules to officers.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate leadership.

Positive attitude, desire to learn, and work well under pressure.

Proficiency in WinTeam/eHub scheduling software or similar.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Zero to at least two years of related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer work.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
