Your Role:

As a B2B & Business Event Manager at TradeEthiopia, you will play a central role in driving business growth and international trade. You’ll lead efforts to connect buyers and suppliers, manage strategic B2B subscriptions, and execute high-impact trade events and expos. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building partnerships, creating networking opportunities, and helping businesses access new markets.

What you’ll do:

Connect buyers and suppliers across sectors and regions.

Promote and sell B2B subscriptions and partnership packages.

Plan and execute trade fairs, expos, and networking events.

Provide training, mentorship, and capacity building for businesses.

Coordinate remote teams and manage event logistics.

Build partnerships with trade associations, media, and government stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, B2B networking, or event management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams.

Passion for trade, entrepreneurship, and emerging markets.

Experience with social media, CRM, and sales tools is a plus.
