Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee our Assembly Department. This role is critical in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hydraulic systems and experience managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the assembly team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Oversee the assembly of hydraulic systems and other large projects, ensuring all specifications are met.

Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and provide training to team members as needed.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to management.

Collaborate with the department manager to ensure projects follow set schedule.

Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly-related issues that arise.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within an assembly or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and their assembly processes.

Experience managing large-scale projects.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
