Position: Case Management Supervisor

Job Summary: The Case Management Supervisor oversees and leads a team of case managers, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of services to clients or individuals in need. The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to the case management team while upholding organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. The Case Management Supervisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of case management services, advocating for clients, and collaborating with other departments and community resources. This position reports to a Regional Clinical Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Provide leadership and weekly supervision to a team of case managers, ensuring that they meet performance goals and adhere to established protocols

Oversee the coordination of cases to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to clients

Assists in program development and planning

Monitor the quality of case management services and implement measures to improve overall effectiveness and client outcomes

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of case information, maintain records, and perform chart reviews as needed

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the support available to clients

Conduct regular performance evaluations of case management staff and provide constructive feedback for professional development

Ensure that case management activities comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards

Advocate for clients and ensure that their needs are addressed within the organization and in the broader community

Required Experience/Certifications:

Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and car insurance

Bachelor's degree in behavioral health field (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.) or related field or equivalent experience.

LCDC III, LICDC, LPCC or LISW Licensure

3 years of relevant experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Compensation: $53,100 - $66,400 annually

Location: 4488 W Broad St Columbus, OH 43228
