Job Summary

As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's SharePoint environment to ensure its reliability, performance, and alignment with the needs of our advanced research and development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure, customize, and troubleshoot the SharePoint platform, ensuring seamless collaboration and content management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize SharePoint to meet the organization's specific requirements

- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings to maintain data integrity and compliance

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and integration

- Develop and implement best practices for SharePoint governance and administration

- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the platform's adoption and utilization

- Collaborate with IT and project teams to identify and implement enhancements and new features

- Monitor and optimize SharePoint's performance, availability, and scalability

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role

- Proficient in SharePoint administration, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, best practices, and industry trends

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues

- Experience working in a research or technology-driven environment is preferred

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide effective user support

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
