At Atlan, we’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to develop, implement, and drive the adoption of strategic Customer Success initiatives. In this role, you will equip our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Directors (ADs) with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Your mission in this role ?

Program Architect:

Design and execute enablement programs that drive impactful customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer engagement strategies, commercial execution and customer value creation.

Build lasting programs that go beyond training through the development of on-demand guidance in Highspot and Confluence.

Field Guru:

Leverage your field experience to develop content and training programs on key areas such as customer onboarding, adoption strategies, retention, pricing conversion, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ROI.

Deeply understand the role and responsibilities of CSMs and Account Directors to ensure enablement initiatives align with team needs and company goals.

Strategic Collaborator:

Partner with CX leaders to translate customer journey stages, playbooks, and frameworks into actionable field guidance and enablement content.

Work closely with GTM Ops toward the prioritization and smooth deployment of CX process enhancements.

Facilitator of Success:

Facilitate weekly workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching tailored to enhance the team’s ability to achieve measurable outcomes for customers.

Champion adoption of operational workflows by embedding training into daily team rhythms.

Impact Driver:

Develop the right content for the situation, prioritizing flexibility and usability for remote field teams.

Establish and maintain feedback loops with field teams to refine content, surface enablement gaps, and iterate programs for maximum impact.

Field Experience: You’ve carried a quota in the world of customer success or account management and demonstrated a knack for articulating value at the executive level.

Deep Expertise: Proven experience as a facilitator of change, preferably in the data/technology ecosystem or SaaS environment.

Organized Communicator: You raise the bar for execution through keen project management and communication skills.

Passionate Advocate: A champion for learning and development who thrives on empowering others and driving measurable results.

Bonus Skills

Strong understanding of data governance, data ecosystems, and modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran)

Familiarity with platforms like Gainsight, Vitally, or other customer success tools

Experience in a pure Enablement role

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA) or experience in regulated industries

Experience in creating programs focused on Active Metadata Management and data collaboration
