Material Handler $15.00/hour 1st shift

What Matters Most:

Pay of $15.00 per hour, plus additional bonuses available

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 3:15pm, Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm

Job Description:

The Materials Handler will support the manufacturing process by receiving, inventorying, and organizing materials. They will be responsible for ensuring that components meet customer specifications and assist in preparing products for shipment. The role involves using various equipment to count, stock, and prep materials for production

Responsibilities:

Receive and inventory incoming shipments and ensure proper documentation

Stock materials in designated locations and prep components to customer specifications

Perform scheduled cycle counts and inventories of materials

Package final assembled products for shipment and pre-kit parts for scheduled assemblies

Load SMT feeders and perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Two years' experience in a material handling position preferred; training available for the right candidate

Must be able to lift and move materials, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods

Familiarity with counting equipment (counting scales, reel counters) and prepping machines

The base starting pay for this position is $15.00/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
