The Opportunity:

We're seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join our NYC team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating $10M+ in new business and managing strategic partnerships within the media/advertising space. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping client strategy, and mentoring a team of account executives.

What Youll Do:

Drive sales strategy and execution across digital, traditional, and emerging media platforms

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and media partners

Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing decision-makers, and media buyers

Lead and mentor a small but mighty sales team toward ambitious revenue goals

Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and media planning teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals

Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

What You Bring:

Minimum 7 years of media sales experience, preferably in an agency or media company environment

Proven ability to generate $10M+ in revenue through new business development and account growth

Strong network of industry contacts in New York and beyond

Deep understanding of the media landscape, including programmatic, branded content, social, and influencer campaigns

Confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and natural relationship builder

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and media analytics platforms
