Status: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, on-call

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As a QAPI RN Home Health, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

Comprehensive audits of patient records: Ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations, with coordination through the Quality Clinical Coordinator. This role also involves active participation in the QAPI Committee to drive quality improvement.

Development and implementation: Assists in training staff on the electronic medical records systems in collaboration with the Director of Risk Management and Quality Clinical Coordinator. They will also work on performance improvement initiatives.

Completing home visits: Ensuring timely patient admissions and routine visits, providing direct nursing care within their scope of practice, and demonstrating exemplary documentation skills.

What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

Home Health/Hospice experience

A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing.
