Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and streamline workflows per policies.

- Handle calendar and schedule arrangements for meetings and appointments.

- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure smooth service introduction.

- Serve as the main contact for client support, inquiries, and issue resolution.

- Maintain compliant documentation and records.

- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor and team.

- Communicate effectively between clients, advisors, and departments.

- Follow legal and regulatory compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

- Experience in finance, administrative roles, or client services.

- Bilingual - English and Spanish Speaking
