Open to experienced EC candidates or open to a talented Chef de Cuisine who is ready to step into their first Executive Chef role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, execution, staffing, and inventory
Lead, train, and inspire a seasoned back-of-house team in a high-volume, high-profile setting
Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and creativity across all culinary offerings
Collaborate closely with ownership and FOH leadership to evolve the guest experience
Maintain top standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Control food and labor costs while upholding the brands reputation for excellence
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in an upscale or fine-dining environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentorship and team development
Deep understanding of global cuisine, with the ability to execute both timeless and innovative dishes
Comfort in high-volume service environments with impeccable attention to detail
A refined sense of discretion, hospitality, and appreciation for global, creative, upscale dining
