Overview: Staniel Cay Yacht Club is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our Online Gift Shop operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, inventory management, and customer fulfillment within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing the WooCommerce platform, including inventory updates, product listings, and order tracking.

Support the shipping and packing process, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Help coordinate inventory replenishment, ensuring the timely restocking of items and organizing inventory storage.

Pack and ship orders efficiently while ensuring high standards of quality control.

Handle labeling of products and packages, ensuring accuracy in shipping information.

Support the replenishment of inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing restock orders as necessary.

Help with maintaining accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts.

Provide assistance with other duties as required, including customer service inquiries, processing returns, or supporting promotional campaigns.

Ensure the fulfillment of orders is timely and accurate, meeting all customer expectations. Requirements:

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field).

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Previous administrative or office experience is a plus.

Comfortable with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment.

Comfortable with physical tasks such as packing and handling inventory when needed.

This is a paid internship position.

The intern will receive training and guidance from experienced team members.
