Job Description
S2Technologies is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team. The qualified candidate will bring experience recruiting for candidates with clearances and certification common to supporting defense contracts. This position requires a professional to lead the charge identifying, attracting, recruiting and qualifying candidates to our various programs across the US. An experienced recruiter will bring full lifecycle recruiting experience to company management by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making recommendations regarding potential employees.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regularly partners with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date and create Position Description.
Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
Pre-screen, schedule and participate in interviews, assess, and recommend hiring actions of top-quality candidates.
Offer recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
Researches, analyzes, and prepares recruiting statistics/measurements.
Schedules and attends job fairs.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associated Degree Required; Bachelor's degree Preferred
At least two (2) years and up to four (4) years related experience or equivalent recruiting and staffing for DoD requirements
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Proficient on Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated success using Indeed, Linkedin and other recruiting tools to identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
