Physician Recruiter
Physicians Practice Enhancement, founded in 1994, has grown its scope of services to include the full continuum of patient care and all support functions, from hospital-based practices of all sizes to post-acute care, to outpatient private practices. We are currently seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter.
We offer a flexible work environment via remote, hybrid and work on-site options. Our corporate office location is in Red Bank, NJ, but we are considering outstanding anesthesia recruiters from anywhere in the USA.

Job Responsibilities:
Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple and qualified candidates available.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations.
Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, assignment, and retention.
Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
Required KSAs:
Continuous anesthesia recruiting MDs and CRNAs
Experience working with database and cold calls
Attend anesthesia conferences
Strong communication
Great time management skills
Negotiation skills and great decision-making
Outstanding organizational ability
A high level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate concepts and activities accurately and effectively.
Adaptable and flexible
Ability to work with and/or without close supervision.
Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with customers/vendors and employees at all levels of the company.
Five years healthcare recruiter experience preferred
Locums Tenens recruitment experience required
