The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of the Patient Service Technicians and dispatching all outgoing work orders.
* Coordinates and dispatches all outgoing work orders * Ensures timely completion of assigned work orders * Monitors all field personnel and establishes equal workloads * Determines appropriate delivery mode of outgoing supplies and equipment * Processes all incoming paperwork in a timely and accurate manner * Performs quality assurance review of all paperwork to ensure proper ACHC, FDA, DOT and other regulatory compliance * Assists patients in solving problems regarding equipment use * Delivers durable medical equipment to home healthcare patients when required Education/Experience: * High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred * One year related experience is preferred * Must be detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills * A valid driver's license with a good driving record is preferred * should have knowledge of Word Processing software The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
