Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager, B2C to lead the product strategy and execution across the full spectrum of our consumer ecosystem including both the fan-facing and creator/artist-facing experiences on platforms like Bandcamp, TuneFind, and Pretzel.

This is a marketplace role focused on building intuitive, delightful, and performant experiences for fans discovering and supporting music, as well as for the creators who share, sell, and promote their work through our products. Youll lead and scale a distributed team of product managers, work cross-functionally across engineering, design, marketing, and operations, and play a key leadership role in defining our end-to-end consumer product vision.

We embrace modern tools and workflows including AI-driven prototyping platforms like Cursor to help us move faster, test smarter, and continuously improve how we build and learn.

This is a remote-first role with timezone flexibility, working with a globally distributed team across Europe and Asia.

Main Job Duties Your role would include, but not be limited to the following:

Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for end-to-end consumer experiences across Bandcamp, TuneFind, and Pretzel in cooperation with the GM of Bandcamp

Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers working on both fan-facing and artist-facing features

Define product priorities that drive engagement, satisfaction, and revenue across both sides of the marketplace

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality product experiences

Drive execution of marketplace payments in collaboration with senior leadership across our B2C platforms, ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable payment solutions for fans and creators

Ensure a cohesive, intuitive user experience across all brands and touchpoints, from music discovery to commerce to creator tools

Contribute to building team culture and product development processes that scale across time zones and geographies

Use data and research to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes for fans and creators

Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional teams on key initiatives and goals

Desired Skills & Experience

6-8years in product management, including 2+ years leading teams

Experience building and scaling B2C or B2B2C products ideally marketplaces or ecommerce platforms

Proven experience leading marketplace payment initiatives, including platform payouts, payment provider integrations, and regulatory compliance

Comfort using modern product development and collaboration tools including AI-powered platforms (e.g., Cursor, Notion AI, ChatGPT) to enhance ideation, prototyping, and team efficiency

Strong understanding of the unique needs of creators/artists and their audiences

Demonstrated success in leading remote, distributed teams

Excellent collaboration, prioritization, and communication skills

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Experience in music, media, or creator-focused platforms is a strong plus
