Stevens Construction Corp. is a commercial general contractor with self-performed trades of concrete, carpentry, and prefabricated wall panels. We specialize in the new construction of commercial, multi-unit, and mixed-use buildings, consistently delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
We're excited to expand our presence into the Green Bay and Fox Valley markets. As the Business Development Manager, you will lead and drive all business development efforts in the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas. Your focus will be on creating new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and positioning Stevens Construction Corp. for continued success in these growing markets.
In You're Role, You'll:
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams
Understand client visions and help bring them to life
Build lasting relationships with potential customers and community influencers
Establish strong ties within the local community and construction industry
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
Collaborate with project teams to ensure client needs and commitments are met
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and efficiency
What We're Looking For:
Experience in business development within construction or a related industry
In-depth knowledge of the local market, especially in commercial real estate development
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan for both short- and long-term goals
Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Experience in community and economic development is a plus
Multifamily construction or development experience is preferred
