Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Pharma Sys Admin. Support. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, providing support to our pharmaceutical laboratory clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for benchtop laboratory equipment, including but not limited to HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances

Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment

Assist in the installation and set-up of new laboratory equipment

Collaborate with laboratory personnel to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets their needs

Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.

Experience in Windows 10 deployment.

Must be located at the mentioned location 100% onsite job No remote working

Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and service history

Keep up-to-date with new technology and advancements in laboratory equipment

Communicate with vendors for equipment repairs and service requests

Train laboratory staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Computer Science, Biochemistry, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience working with benchtop laboratory equipment in a pharmaceutical setting

Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, and balances

Experience with troubleshooting and repairing laboratory equipment

Strong knowledge on network troubleshooting.

Knowledge & Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.

Knowledge of Linux a plus.

Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred
