Description
Clinical Associates at Alaska Behavioral Health (AKBH) are responsible for assisting clients in meeting overall goals as identified in their treatment plan to include areas of management of daily routine/skills building, basic home upkeep, employment, housing, insurance, and medical management. They also work within a multi-disciplinary team participating in case management, group/individual/family skill building, parent support & training; home and school support; and screening and assessing incoming calls for potential referrals.
The position of Clinical Associate is divided into four (4) levels of responsibility and independence depending on education and relevant experience as well as the applicant’s ability to take on responsibilities.

Pay Range is $19.23 to $26.02 depending on experience.
Eligible to participate in an annual incentive plan.

Minimum Qualifications
You have a BA/BS degree preferred in social work, psych or related field with some work experience. Experience may be substituted for a bachelor degree for some positions.
Experience working with adults, children, adolescents & their families in a health care, home health, or mental health service setting strongly preferred.
