Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage the full lifecycle of event projects and ensure appropriate service levels. This role involves communicating with event producers, conducting meetings, and coordinating labor with management. The ideal candidate will track goals and collaborate with various teams to achieve success in an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Determine service levels needed based on client use-case
Ensure event producers receive marketing literature for use at their events
Conducts in-person and virtual meetings with customers
Contact previous year's customers with opportunity to reorder services
Visits with all orders to ensure acceptable service delivery
Staffing and labor management
Hosts weekly meetings with facility techs/engineers to discuss upcoming projects
Attends regular operations meetings with the facility management
Reviews reports with management
Other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Customer service experience required
Project management experience desired
Technical/help desk experience desired
Previous leadership/supervisory experience desired
Knowledge of quickbooks desired
Reliable transportation required
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
