Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technology Operations Specialist to manage and maintain all technology within our 17,000 sq. ft. collaboration center. This role involves overseeing software and hardware systems, VR/AR integration, AI execution, and providing hands-on technical support to ensure a seamless experience for customers and executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Maintain Technology: Oversee software installs, system upgrades, firewall patches, and hardware implementation.
VR/AR AI Integration: Lead the execution and testing of emerging technologies.
Troubleshooting Support: Provide real-time support for collaboration sessions, assisting customers and executives with tech challenges.
Project Management: Lead and execute tech-driven initiatives while developing supplier relationships.
Server Device Management: Maintain all technology infrastructure, including server room operations.
Customer Engagement: Work directly with senior leaders, industry experts, and top clients to deliver a premium technology experience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of corporate IT experience with strong troubleshooting and support skills (50% of the role)
Project management experience – ability to plan, execute, and manage timelines
Excellent communication skills – comfortable working with senior executives and stakeholders
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage industry, or collaboration briefing centers
