Job Description
The Global Product Manager, Immunology and Cell Biology is responsible for the success if products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves defining product vision, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and innovation.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to guide product development.
Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities in the immunology and cell biology markets.
Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to gather insights and promote products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and industry partners to enhance product credibility and adoption.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.
Create compelling marketing materials, such as technical datasheets, application notes, and web content, to drive product adoption.
Train and support the sales team with product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer engagement strategies.
Partner with Product Management to translate customer feedback into product improvements and innovation opportunities.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving product-related inquiries in collaboration with the technical support team.
Monitor product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to assess market success.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage the product lifecycle, including new product development, enhancements, phase-outs, and end-of-life decision.

Education and Experience:
Advanced degree (Ph.D., Master’s, or equivalent) in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role within the life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong technical expertise in immunology and cell biology research tools, including flow cytometry, immunoassays, cell culture, and molecular biology techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards for life science products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20-30%) as needed.
