Job Description

Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a Helpdesk Analyst job East Hartford, CT. In this role, you will be joining a team of dedicated professionals who provide exceptional service and technical support to their clients.

Helpdesk Analyst Job Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot workstations, servers, network infrastructure, and phone systems.

Resolve issues via phone or electronic communication.

Track and manage customer issues while adhering to SLAs and processes.

Participate in after-hours rotations (3-4 times per year).

Use ConnectWise for documentation, tracking, and client communication.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the IT industry (3+ years minimum)

Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively and consider multiple perspectives.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to document tasks thoroughly.

An individual that excels in collaboration and teamwork.

Mobility to work in a standard office setting and to sit and stand for a period

Vision to read printed materials and see a computer screen; and hearing and speech (English Language) to communicate in person and over the telephone.

Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
