IT Administrator

Irvine, CA (onsite)

The IT Administrator provides primary technical support for our North American sales team while assisting with office IT operations as needed. Reporting to the Global IT Manager, this role collaborates closely with the second Irvine IT administrator and corporate Information Systems group to maintain, support, and implement business-critical technology solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage the full lifecycle of sales team devices, including procurement, distribution, tracking, and recovery

· Configure and deploy laptops (Lenovo and Mac), iPads, and mobile devices, maintaining comprehensive inventory and documentation

· Execute IT onboarding and offboarding procedures for sales and office personnel

· Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues across Windows and Mac platforms

· Provide technical training and support to sales representatives and office staff

· Collaborating with Global IT on new technology implementations and process improvements

· Oversee telecommunications systems administration

· Adapt to emerging technical needs and additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of help desk or technical support experience with emphasis on endpoint device management

· Demonstrated proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Apple iOS operating systems

· Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange and Active Directory

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite across PC and Mac platforms

· Superior interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels

· Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security

· Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

· Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with network troubleshooting

· Knowledge of VMware environments

· Familiarity with VPN security solutions

· Experience with endpoints performance issues

· Working with ManageEngine EndPoint Central

· Experience with SentinalOne as EDR system
